1. Acceptance
By creating an account on byteinfy DM you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and authorized to bind any business or Instagram account you connect.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use byteinfy DM to send unsolicited messages, spam, harass anyone, infringe rights, evade Meta rate limits or policies, or violate Instagram's Platform Terms. We reserve the right to suspend any workspace that operates in bad faith.
4. Meta platform compliance
You acknowledge that messages we send on your behalf are subject to Meta's 24-hour messaging window, 200-per-hour rate limit, and policy restrictions. We enforce these on your behalf; you remain responsible for content you author.
5. Fees
Paid plan pricing is shown on /pricing. You are billed in advance per period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
6. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms or Meta's policies.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of (insert jurisdiction).
