Request your data to be deleted

You can remove your data from byteinfy DM at any time using one of the methods below. Both result in permanent deletion of all messages, contacts, automation runs, and Meta access tokens we stored about your account.

Option A — In-app

Sign in, open Settings → Account, click Delete account. Deletion is immediate for your data; cancellable for the first 24 hours.

Option B — Email request

Email support@byteinfy.com from the address tied to your byteinfy DM account with the subject line Data deletion request. We confirm within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days.

Option C — Instagram revoke

On Instagram → Settings → Apps and websites → Active → byteinfy DM → Remove. Meta will notify our deauthorize endpoint and we will mark the connected IG channel as disconnected and revoke stored tokens within 24 hours. To wipe historical messages and contacts associated with that account, also send an email per Option B.
